1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of plugtechelectronics.com, operated by Plugtech Electronics. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is

This website is an information and enquiry service. It lets you browse the device range, read referenced specifications, and send an enquiry to Plugtech. It is not a checkout. You cannot buy, reserve or pay for anything through this site, and no order is created by submitting a form.

3. Pricing

Prices are not published on this website. Where a page says "Contact for current price", that is literal: the figure is given to you directly by Plugtech and is valid only for the device and the moment it was quoted. Nothing on this site constitutes a price offer.

4. Availability

This website is not connected to Plugtech stock records. Every device is listed as "check availability" rather than "in stock", because we will not state a stock level we cannot verify. Availability is confirmed when you contact us.

5. Product information

Device specifications shown on this site are provided for general reference. Specifications can be amended by the manufacturer at any time, so please confirm anything that matters to your purchase with us before buying.

Product images illustrate the model rather than the individual unit you will be sold, and colour reproduction varies by screen.

6. Lipa Mdogo Mdogo and payment options

Plugtech offers Lipa Mdogo Mdogo options for eligible customers. This website does not publish deposits, repayment periods, rates, fees or approval criteria, and nothing here should be read as an offer of credit or as approval. Any payment arrangement is agreed with Plugtech directly, in writing where appropriate, and the terms given to you at that point are the ones that apply.

7. Upgrades and trade ins

The upgrade flow on this site creates an enquiry. It does not value your device. Any figure for a device you are trading in is given only after the device has been inspected and tested in person, and Plugtech may decline a device.

8. Repairs and servicing

The repair form creates a request for an assessment. It is not a booking, a diagnosis or a quotation. Whether a repair is possible, what it costs and how long it takes are all confirmed after the device has been assessed. Some faults cannot be repaired, and we will tell you when that is the case.

Back up your data before handing over any device. Repair work can require a device to be reset.

9. Sale terms, warranty and returns

Sale terms, including any warranty or returns arrangement, are agreed between you and Plugtech at the point of sale and are supplied with your purchase. They are not published on this website, and no warranty or returns promise should be inferred from anything written here. Your rights under applicable Kenyan consumer law are not affected.

10. Enquiries you send us

Send accurate information. An incorrect model or an understated fault leads to wasted time on both sides. Do not send identity document numbers, passwords, Apple ID credentials or full payment card details through this website.

11. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its server, submit automated or abusive traffic, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to send unlawful or misleading content.

12. Intellectual property

The Plugtech Electronics name, logo, written content, layout and code on this site belong to Plugtech Electronics. All other product names and brand names used on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell and service.

13. External links

This site links to WhatsApp, social media and a maps service. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their policies.

14. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove content at any time.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
